For all print jobs, we require artwork files sent in high resolution in PDF File, high resolution JPEG and PNG with min of 300 DPI. All text must be outlined. All files must be supplied wiith bleed and cut marks. You can email us the file or upload it through our website.

We print the whole range of printing this jobs, digital printing, offset printing, wide format printing or promotional products. However, if you have any special printing need for a product, please get in touch With our friendly support team for assistance on 02 9893 9131.

No problem. We have in-house graphic design facility and we can take over your design work from logo design to product designing with your approval.

You can send us your existing file which will be checked for resolution and then we can advise you how you can fix it. Alternatively we can do it for you as per our normal design work costing.

Once you place your order with us, you can choose to pick up from our Store or we can arrange courier delivery all over Sydney, NSW or Australia wide.

We accept payment of all forms - by cash, credit card /debit card and direct deposit. For credit card payment we accept Visa and Master Card (no merchant fee applies).

No RETURN can be accepted on custom printed stationery. We advise all our customers to check their artwork and proofs for all jobs details carefully for any errors, before approving it. All colours are printed at optimum DPI possible. We do not match colours. Any claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of job.

You have some options. You can complete the ‘Request a quote’ form on this website, and we will get back to you within 3 working days. You also have the option of calling us up and we will give you a quote on the spot or you can pop in to our office and ask for a quote. We would be happy to help.

If an error has occurred due to our fault, we will replace the printing at no cost. However, if the client has signed the Artwork Approval form prior to printing, any re-printing will be charged as per our agreed prices. No claims recognized after 7 days from dispatch of goods.

All invoices are payable at the time of order or within 7-14 days if agreed.
